Alternative dispute resolution

A consumer may ask the operator for redress if they are not satisfied with how a complaint was handled or believe their rights were infringed. If the operator rejects the request or does not reply within 30 days, the consumer may file for alternative dispute resolution under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll.; the Slovak Trade Inspection is one such body. The list of bodies is kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy.
